Balls is a non-cardio class that utilizes resist -a-balls and a variety of resistance equipment to give a total body workout. Emphasis is on core strength and stabilization. You can sculpt, tone, and increase muscular endurance.
Pilates
Pilates is a systematic mat-based exercise using counter balance principles for strengthening. This exercise enhances athletic performance, core strength, and ability. There are a lot of modifications available, making this class awesome for all fitness levels! (Beginners to advanced!)
