BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.BODYJAM® classes provide a moderate-impact, 50-minute cardiovascular workout and improve co-ordination and balance through the wide range of moves employed.

Different dance styles are incorporated into each class, with each section including a rehearsal phase for mastering the moves and a “dance-your-heart-out” performance phase taking the exercise intensity to a peak.

Mainstream styles used include hip hop, Latin, salsa and funk, with modern tribal and house styles also featuring in recent classes.

Like the other Les Mills programs, a new BODYJAM® class is produced every three months, with new music and choreography. Each BODYJAM® class offers a distinctly different dance experience.
